SBOR would like to extend the opportunity to all members to purchase ads on our website. These ads are the large banner ads you see at the top and bottom of most our pages including our forums. Member ads take priority over nonmember ads so apply today!

In order to place an ad on our site you need to meet the following criteria:

• Ad image shall not exceed 100KB.
• Image is to be no bigger than 470 pixels x 60 pixels.
• Image is to be no smaller than 400 pixels x 50 pixels
• Ads will be randomly rotated on all pages each time a page is loaded.
• Products or services must be real estate related.
• Ads are billed based on the number of banner ads in rotation in a month (if you have 2 different banner ads running at the same time you will be billed for 2 ads).
• Images must be a gif or jpg (animated gifs acceptable if under size restriction).
• Ads are displayed on apx. 30 pages, most pages having 2 ads each (top and bottom).
  

Banner ads are $35.00 per month loaded at the top and bottom of springfieldrealtors.net and at the top of our online forums. Yearly discount given at $25.00 per month, full payment must be received before any ads are displayed on the springfieldrealtors.net website.

What do banner ads do for you? Evergreen Land Title banner ad has been running for 1 year (2004). In that time they have had 59,565 impressions (number of times their ad was displayed for visitors) and 185 user clicks on their ad.

ECHO business card ads are available to members (limited to 4 ads/spaces). These ads are billed quarterly at $15.00 per month ($45.00 per 3 months). Business cards must be of a standard stock size (250 x 150 pixels or 2.75 x 1.5 inch). Ads will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

While we would like to service all advertisers, springfieldrealtors.net reserves the right to refuse any submitted ad for any reason. Banner ads are placed in a random rotation with a maximum of 10 ads in a monthly or quarterly cycle. Ads are monitored by statistics with details on how many times the ad was displayed for a visitor on our site during the month, and how many visitors clicked on each ad. Weekly/Monthly reports available to advertisers via E-mail upon request.

Don't have an ad for your company? Our host offers some basic services including creating ads. Generic ads start at $15.00 and go up depending on the time involved in design.
