Realtor® Member Dues Dues comprised of NAR/national OAR/state and SBOR/local allocations. Applicant MUST include license number on application. - Each new agent should submit a completed Membership Application Form along with payment of the $75.00 application fee (Retain a copy of completed application as proof of application for RMLS™ registration. Failure to pay your dues balance following orientation will result in RMLS™ privilege suspension.)
- REALTOR® Orientation class, with 3 hours education credit, is given the 4th Tuesday of the month by Rawlin Westover at Century 21 Westover from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. (541)747-9971 Attendance is mandatory for new members and transfers who have not attended Orientation in the last 12 months. Following completion of REALTOR® Orientation the applicable dues balance must be paid prior to member induction held at the general luncheon meeting the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
Secondary Realtor® Member Dues comprised of SBOR/local allocation.
| Membership Policy - Dues Dues are payable annually on January 1st.
- Any REALTOR® member who paid dues during the previous year and is dropped from the membership role for delequient payment is required to pay a full year's dues plus an OAR $50.00 reinstatement fee, and a $50.00 SBOR reinstatement fee.
- Dues will be prorated on a quarterly basis for new members.
Affiliate Member Dues Dues comprised of OAR/state and SBOR/local allocations.
- Each Affiliate member joins OAR through the local Board where their main office is located.
- Each new Affiliate member should submit a completed Membership Application Form along with payment of the $75.00 application fee and the appropriate dues amount.
Appraiser Member
Appraiser members join as Realtor members and receive Multiple Listing Service Data access. Applicant MUST include license number on Membership Application Form and submit along with payment of application fee and appropriate dues amount. Transfer Members Each REALTOR® member transferring from another Board should submit a completed Membership Application Form along with payment of application fee and appropriate dues amount. The term REALTOR® is a registered trademark. The term REALTOR®, its logo and pin, may be used only by Members in good standing. The term REALTOR® does not denote a vocation.
