Submit Images and Logos

1. File shall not exceed 50KB
2. Image is to be not larger than 150x100 pixels
3. You must be a member of SBOR to have your company logo displayed on our links page.
4. Images must be a gif or jpg (animated gifs acceptable if under size restriction)
5. Link to your site is optional but encouraged (links open in a new window)

If you meet the above criteria send an E-mail to eo@springfieldrealtors.net and give your company name, contact information (in case the we have question), any link to your company website you would like associated with your logo. Don't forget to insert the logo!

1. File shall not exceed 100KB.
2. Image is to be no bigger than 470 pixels x 60 pixels.
3. Image is to be no smaller than 400 pixels x 50 pixels
4. Ads will be randomly rotated on all pages each time a page is loaded.
5. Products or services must be real estate related.
6. Ads are billed based on the number of banner ads in rotation in a month (if you have 2 different banner ads running at the same time you will be billed for 2 ads).
7. Images must be a gif or jpg (animated gifs acceptable if under size restriction).
8. Ads are displayed on apx. 30 pages, most pages having 2 ads each (top and bottom).

Banner ads are $35.00 per month loaded at the top and bottom of springfieldrealtors.net and at the top of our online forums. Yearly discount given at $25.00 per month, full payment must be received before any ads are displayed on the springfieldrealtors.net website.

ECHO business card ads are available to members (limited to 4 ads/spaces). These ads are billed quarterly at $15.00 per month ($45.00 per 3 months). Business cards must be of a standard stock size (250 x 150 pixels or 2.75 x 1.5 inch). Ads will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

While we would like to service all advertisers, springfieldrealtors.net reserves the right to refuse any submitted ad for any reason. Banner ads are placed in a random rotation with a maximum of 10 ads in a monthly cycle. Ads are monitored by statistics with details on how many times the ad was displayed for a visitor on our site during the month, and how many visitors clicked on each ad. Weekly/Monthly reports available to advertisers via E-mail upon request.

If you would like to buy ad space on a particular page please contact us for a quote.(i.e. if you wanted your ad to only appear on the Affiliate member page, at the top or bottom)

Don't have an ad for your company? Our host offers some basic services including creating ads. Generic ads start at $15.00. Note - must have info from advertiser with info like colors, ideas, needs, wants, link to your company website, and any digital logo/gif that you have, etc. You can contact the board office here to discuss your needs.
